The list has been divided into project categories to aid in the analysis of similar jobs. Some of the jobs listed are part of a larger scope of work in which additional tasks were performed by AEI; please use included links to view additional project tasks. Project: Baldwin Hills / East Gate Park Entrance Renovation Location: West of the intersection of La Brea Ave. and Don Lorenzo Dr. in the City of Los Angeles Client: Direct: CM Peck Architecture & Engineering / Indirect: Northeast Trees Contact: Chris Peck (Architect, Project Manager) Project Description: Prepare Grading, Storm Channel/Storm Drain and BMP plans for the construction of an earthen drainage channel/detention pond, bus stop and sidewalk. This includes minor hydrology calculations necessary for channel sizing. Project funding provided by the State of California and the City of Los Angeles. |

Project: Cottonwood School Boundary Survey Location: 44260 Sage Rd., Aguanga, CA 92536 Client: Hemet Unified School District Project Description: Prepare and process Record of Survey, Parcel Merger and Certificate of Compliance. Create an access easement to provide legal access to the school site. Project funded by the Hemet Unified School District. Survey tasks also performed. |

Project: Fairview Joint Venture Location: SW corner of Fairview Ave. and Mayberry Ave. in Hemet Client: Valley Wide Parks & Recreation District / Hemet Unified School District Contact: Jeff Leatherman (District Manager) (951) 654-1505 Project Description: Prepare Grading and Drainage, Street, Street Signing & Striping, On-Site Sewer & Water (Including fire services), SWPPP and Erosion Control plans for the development of approximately 9 acres into two soccer fields, parking area, concession area, classroom and playground areas. Project: SCE San Jacinto Facility Expansion Location: SE corner of Hwy 74/Ethanac Rd. & Menifee Rd. in Romoland Client: CM Peck Architecture Contact: Chris Peck (Architect, Sub-Consultant Manager) (626) 683-0708 Project Description: Prepare and process Grading, Street (for County and Catrans R-O-W), Street Lighting, Street Signing & Striping, On-Site Sewer & Water (Including fire services), SWPPP and Erosion Control plans in addition to multiple legal documents and independent detail plans for the expansion of an existing 11 acre site onto an adjacent 13 private acres and approximately 3 acres of improvement in public right-of-way. Project included multiple new or modified buildings, paved drive areas, fuel and hazardous waste storage area modification, streets, storm drain and large detention on-site areas. Project was coordinated with the adjacent home Developer, Brookfield, and was largely funded by SCE with minor contributions from Brookfield. |

Project: Sun City Holiday Inn Location: NE corner of Haun Rd. east of New Hub Rd. Client: KB Brothers, LLC Project Description: Prepare and process the Plot Plan, Conceptual Grading Plan, Preliminary WQMP and other necessary planning documents for Riverside County TLMA approval of a multi-story hotel building with parking area and water detention system. This includes all preliminary engineering, planning, meetings and coordination with the County, client and other sub-consultants. Survey tasks also performed. |

Project: Mountain View Retail Building Location: Mountain View Retail Center between Hwy 74, Mountain Ave. and New Chicago Ave. in the County of Riverside, Valle Vista area. Client: Mountain View Retail, LLC / Jade Enterprises Project Description: Prepare Plot Plan, Conceptual Grading Plan, Parcel Merger and other documents necessary for Riverside County TLMA approval of the re-development of an existing commercial site into a single building pad, parking lot, with water detention basins. |

Project: Toyota of Hollywood Redesign Location: 6000 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028 Client: Sauers Construction Company Project Description: Prepare and process Grading, WQMP, SWPPP and Erosion Control plans for the re-development of approximately 1.5 acres of an existing vehicle sales lot, sales building and garage. Project intended to rebuild and expand on an existing Toyota sales office and service center while bringing the building and surrounding parking lot into compliance with current code and regulations. Plans were completed but the project was not built per the owner’s direction. |

Also, Prepare Grading, Street, Street Signing & Striping, Sewer & Water (Including fire services), SWPPP and Erosion Control plans as well as Right-of-Way Dedication documents and Parcel Merger documents for the development of one, single-story medical office in downtown City of Hemet on approximately 0.4 acres. |

Project: Mission Viejo Latter-Day Saints (LDS) Institute Location: 27976 Marguerite Pkwy., Mission Viejo, CA 92690 Client: GMID Architects Project Description: Prepare and process Grading, WQMP, SWPPP and Erosion Control plans for the addition of a parking lot, large earth retention system and new worship center for an existing LDS church site in Mission Viejo. |

Client: Galvez Group and Alexander Communities, LLC Project Description: Prepare and process the Tentative Tract Map and Change of Zone along with all of the associated planning exhibits necessary to receive approval from Riverside County TLMA for 45 SFR lots, 7,200 SF minimum. This includes all preliminary engineering, planning, meetings and coordination with the County, client and surrounding developers. |

Project: TTM 33249, 25 Lot SFR Subdivision Location: Between N Ramona Blvd. and De Anza Dr., SE of Savory Ln. Client: KBS Development/The Bergman Company Project Description: Prepare and process Grading, Street, Street Lighting, Sewer & Water, Storm Drain, WQMP and SWPPP plans including the Final Tract Map for the development of 12 acres into ½ acre SFR lots in a private/gated community. Project is currently in process. Survey tasks also performed. |

South of the intersection of Mary Pl. and Mason Ave. Client: DFC Family Limited Partnership Project Description: Prepare and process Conceptual Grading and Drainage plans, Tentative Tract Map, Lot Line Adjustment and multiple legal documents and planning documents for the entitlement of 15, 2.5 acre SFR lots on approximately 38 acres. |
